Harry has been conducting assessments with leading global companies for more than 20 years. In his current role as Partner, Harry Dunklin leads the Assessment Practice at Oak Island Associates’ worldwide. OIA’s Assessment Practice utilizes a variety of technologies and methods to assess a sales organization’s ability to deliver against its market promise and recommend and implement business-relevant solutions designed to impact near and long-term business objectives.

Tracey Wik is an innovative organizational effectiveness leader whose work focuses on helping high achieving leaders understand what talent they have, what talent they need, and how to use data to inform their decisions. Karan Douglas, Partner

Karan Douglas is a coach and consultant with 22 years’ experience supporting organisations in developing and implementing sales effectiveness, talent and enablement solutions. She was instrumental in the start-up and growth of the EMEA subsidiary of a US sales performance improvement company where she was responsible for business and sales strategy, talent acquisition and development, sales team coaching and performance. She started her professional career at Citigroup in sales, product management and talent development.

As part of her ongoing personal development Karan is currently researching a PhD in psychological wellbeing and is consequently able to bring the latest thinking on wellbeing to her consulting and coaching practice.

Steve is founder of Steve Grossman & Associates and has consulted to senior management teams globally on sales compensation and sales organization performance issues with emphasis on helping clients navigate through the difficult process of driving change in a sales environment.
Before founding SG&A, Steve was a partner and leader of Mercer’s Sales Effectiveness consulting business in North America for more than fifteen years and was also a Partner in Aon Hewitt’s Sales Effectiveness consulting business.

Steve’s capabilities include supporting a client through the design and implementation process of a broad-based sales transformation as well as providing leadership in design of sales compensation, role and organizational design, customer segmentation and goal setting.
