In his current role as Partner, Harry Dunklin leads the Assessment Practice at Oak Island Associates’ worldwide. OIA’s Assessment Practice utilizes a variety of technologies and methods to assess a sales organization’s ability to deliver against its market promise and recommend and implement business-relevant solutions designed to impact near and long-term business objectives.

Karan Douglas is a coach and consultant with 22 years’ experience supporting organisations in developing and implementing sales effectiveness, talent and enablement solutions. She was instrumental in the start-up and growth of the EMEA subsidiary of a US sales performance improvement company where she was responsible for business and sales strategy, talent acquisition and development, sales team coaching and performance. She started her professional career at Citigroup in sales, product management and talent development.

As part of her ongoing personal development Karan is currently researching a PhD in psychological wellbeing and is consequently able to bring the latest thinking on wellbeing to her consulting and coaching practice.
